Had the terrible flu that is going around. :(
I did terrible tracking food and ate whatever I thought I could keep down.....so not great. Lots of Chicken Noodle Soup which is very high in sodium but at the time I didn't care.
On a positive note, I was down 2 more pounds on weigh day, 7.3 pounds total! No exercise though for the week.
Trying to get back on track with Zumba Saturday morning! :)
