I know that the saying goes that "a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step" but I'm pretty sure they didn't mean off the side of a steep cliff. This week's calorie tracking goes a little summin like this:
I keep telling myself that at least now I'm tracking and I know what the numbers tell me. Data is almost always good to know.
Burn 325/day - over
Cut calories 300/day -see picture above and note the last hill. Yeah, like that. Ugh.
Walk 30 min/day - I walked but screwed up my lunch time and only had time for 20. min. for making 67% of the goal.
Cardio 30 min/day - Dentist appt. so home late. Probably played into the calorie thing since I didn't plan my snacks very well. I got my first ever compliment from a dentist. "Nice job," she said. I was so happy.
I slept well last night but am still tired this morning. As I type this, I realized that I ran out of my vitamins and didn't have one to take last night. Maybe they were helping more than I realized. I guess I need to run an errand.
