This is the first blog I have ever written. I have never written a blog before because who really cares what I do each day. My wife does but I would much rather talk to her than type blogs. The reason I am doing this is to track/reinforce goals and challenges I set through Sparkpeople.
January Jumpstart Fitness Challenge:
My official join date is 1/3 but I did not start the challenge until 1/5. Since then I have missed three days of doing Sparkpeople videos. I guess that means I have officially missed 5 days of doing Sparkpeople video exercises. My cardio exercises are on track to meet this goal.
Two days in a row were I went to bed at a "normal" time and was able to get up in the morning with no problems. I normally have as much problem going to bed at night as I do getting up in the morning.
Last night I woke up with a Charlie horse in my right thigh. I will buy some bananas after work today so I have then on hand for the next time I do a lot of exercise.
Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge:
Two days in. I am down to two packs of sugar in my coffee.
The main reason I am trying to cut back on sugar is to lose weight and have better overall heath and diet.
