Haven't done too bad on the excercise this week. Yesterday was more of a lazy day for I overdid it on Wednesday and was just to sore and the ankle hurt. I did get in my league bowling and at least avergaed out. Only got 16 minutes in this morning on the threadmill but that is better then none. We have a basketball game tonight out of town. A big game to see who leads the conference. Then on Saturday they will play a non-conference game in the afternoon.

I keep saying I will not step on the scale but once a month, but temptation always wins out when I go by it and I have to see what it says. It hasn't budged and I get fustrated but getting use to it so will not let it bother me. The age things is so true about not being able to lose when you are older. But that doesn't mean I will give up. Have to look up and see what I can do that will change things and make the scale move again.

    I know we talked about it before, but have you started any strength training yet? I think that will make a huge difference for you.

    I weigh every day on my Wii Fit, but since I'm not consistent about when I weigh and what I'm wearing except on Tuesdays, the number varies up and down. I need to get on it and do some vigorous working to just warm up!
