Ihad the flu, a dismal experience. It hit between Christmas and New Year's Day and am just now finding my cough is lessening. So, I am having trouble re-igniting my fitness program. Have been on stationary bike only once. I'll hit it today - three 15 minute sessions between writing sessions - sounds like a good plan. Next Thursday, water aerobics day. It's warmer now after a really cold spell, yes, here in the Phoenix area it got really cold, so the water sounds really good. Something to look forward to.
