Having trouble with motivation

Just trying to stay motivated. Still feeling positive. The articles I've been reading are really helpful. Goal setting is really important.

  You can do this! It takes time and you've got to take baby steps but you've got it. Trust me if I can stick with this anyone can. :) I Believe in you.

    Noticed your huddle on the slowest loser huddle board today. Hang in there! Don't forget to go easy on yourself and take one day at a time!! I started the same time as you and am up and down and so am now concentrating on small steps. It is helping!!

    It's been cold, snowy, and comfort foods are boundless. But if I want to shed these multi layered clothes this summer, I need to stick with my Spark buddies. Thanks for keeping me focused on my goals.

    Watching Youtube transformations, workouts, and random health/fitness advise is great motivation as well!
