It's been a little over a week since I've last blogged. In that time, I've had some successes (getting back into a fairly regular workout routine!) and some obstacles (hello hormones and Doritos!). I'm still keeping up with my "fearless" challenge and trying something out of my comfort zone every single day. Nothing worth writing about really, just things that are/were obstacles to me that I've been going out of my way to tackle. I'm feeling really good about that.
But I'd be lying if I said my motivation isn't flagging juuuuust a little. I am still doing most of the things I am "supposed" to - eating healthier, logging food, exercising, etc. Yet somehow I feel like my mind is starting to lose focus. It's just the tiniest difference, but I can feel it.
Maybe it's the winter weather, maybe it's my busy schedule, maybe some of this is even becoming routine (which is a good thing!) but I want to nip this shift in attitude in the bud before it gets out of hand.
What do you guys do to pick yourself out of a lull? What's your favorite way to re-up on motivation?
