BLC 21

So Wednesday marked the beginning of BLC 21. The start of a round is always chaotic as we're getting new folks situated, explaining changes to our returning people, all while following our own progress. And my level of effort is nothing compared to ADMIN!

Anyway, we have survived and are getting into a groove, so I got to think about what I really want out of this round. Last round I made little progress thanks to me allowing setbacks to get in my way. Not gonna happen this round.

So my goal for this round is simple - consistency. Consistency in workouts (which are critical since I'm once again training for a half!), consistency in eating quality foods. Those two keys will get me where I need to be!
