We were challenged to begin with a fitness test! Ugh! So here are my results:
Push Ups ( wall,) 27

Crunches: 40

Squats: 50

Time 1 Mile walk or run (or 'wog'): 21:14

    emoticon I found that part hard also, was surprised at how many I did accomplish, keep working on these and we will have them down pat emoticon
