After almost 2 weeks I am down almost 5lbs, and am 2.5inches smaller overall. I slacked off the first few days of this week. My fiance wanted to go out for Chinese Sun afternoon, I didn't eat as much as I used to but I know it was still more than I should've. I figured I'd count it as a cheat day. But then we had to do some running around Monday night and he opted for grabbing pizza on the way home rather than me making dinner since it was already getting late. So again, not what I should've been eating. Then Wed morning we had to get up early and drive an hour away and we ended up stopping for breakfast. Ughh, I felt so bad when I came home a logged my food tracker. I couldn't believe how many calories I had. Yesterday was a little better.
Today I got up early with my fiance, made us each a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, (he had 2) had a cup of choc milk...then I worked out for 45 min. Drank my bottle of water. Kinda felt crappy afterwards, but I feel like I'm starting to bounce back now. I feel good that I got up and didn't just lay in bed today. I'm not gonna get into the wedding gown of my dreams just laying around. So I'm gonna try to make it part of my daily schedule, at least through the week. Weekends are tough with the kids being home and him at work.
So, even though I didn't start the week out great, I feel great about today. My fiance is finally starting to get more involved with the planning of the wedding which excites me. I know these next few months are gonna fly and I gotta start making the best of them. Lots to do till the big day and since we're looking at JUne now instead of October, the pressure is REALLY on to get some weight off. Here goes nothing...
