Wednesday - Jillian Michaels Circuit Training
I did this after work. I had some extra time from earlier in the week so I decided to leave work an hour early so that I could get this in before I had to go and pick up my son at daycare. It was an 82 minute circuit training session and I could definitely feel it the next day.
I was in my calorie range for the day.
I was just shy of getting all of my water in for the day.
Day 3 of 3 this week for workouts!
