Just take one workout movement for one body part a week.
1.Touching my toes and walk 10 minutes with 5 lb weights
2.Sit-ups and walking with 5 lb weights for 10 minutes
So far i just can do these to workouts, I'm drinking

of green tea with lemon no sugar and drinking

lemon water all throw the day.Meal at breakfast, 10 am protein shake with fat free milk for a snack,lunch having lean meat with just veggies,3pm protein shake,dinner lean meat with a salad.So far lost a few pounds
