weight in at weight watchers last night very happy with the results of 5.2 lbs lost. worked hard for that with working out 5 days a week had a few bad eating meals but not as bad as normal in the past. nice to see the scale reflect some of the work put in and helps keep you motivated. Looking forward to tomorrow as 1st zumbathon so 2 1/2 hours of zumba with 8 different instructors so will be a ton of fun. Hopefully will help keep on track for the weekend as well.
