but am so exhausted all the time. I know this is not a good excuse to not get in my fitness. I know it is part of this new lifestyle that I want.
I have to find a way to get it in. I need to for it not only helps the body but the mind. Today my goal is to take five minutes and do some form. I will work my way from there. I know it doesnt seem like alot of time but right now that is what I can give. who knows maybe it will trun into more than five.
