Sodium ruins it every time! My sodium was a bit higher yesterday. 2400. My breakfast at Burger King ruined it for me.

At least I know what causes those scale spikes now. I just wish my body wasn't so sensitive to it. It is so frustrating to have my willpower intact all day, not cheat, track everything, and then not see results.

I bought some healthy stuff yesterday at the store in an effort to lower my sodium a bit more. We shall see what happens.

    My mom likes to treat me to BK sometimes and I appreciate that. I had the lesser of the evils on the menu.

Now that I am really tracking sodium, I see it in everything! I hadn't had pop in ages and when I drank a bottle of diet dr pepper today, I looked at the label and noticed 100 milligrams! Guess I won't be having that anymore.

I need to get a low sodium cook book so I will have more options.
