The truth is I am over 200 again. For 6th time but whose counting right? I am still doing what I am supposed to. I exercise every single morning before I do anything else (19 day streak). I track, weigh and measure all my food. I have to keep doing the work because quitting is not an option. I am not derailed like the 5x before just annoyed. The bottom line is fluctuations in weight are a normal part of the process but that does not mean I have to like it.
