Normal is pretty easy,... so far

The Normal Plan: eat like I have to for the rest of my life. I skip meals if I'm not hungry, I load up on veg if I feel like it, I eat out with my son,... what ever. It all has to balance and it has to feel normal, but dialed down. Again, I'm not weighing myself, I just want to fit into my old skinny clothes again.
waist- 36.1/4 unchanged from last Friday
hips-41.1/2 down an inch
thigh-24.1/2 new measurement
