Can't believe we are already into Day 3, and the beginning of the Weekend Challenge. So far, so good for me.
I have tracked my breakfast and lunch so far in my tracker.
Still struggling to DECIDE to just DO IT.
Maybe I will sit down or walk and think about it this weekend.
Visiting my mom this weekend, so will be away from the computer on Sunday. So please excuse me for not chatting on the chat thread. I will however still track my nutrition and do my cardio. My running shoes are the first into my bag.
I don't want a "sit on my but all day" weekend, I want a " walk as much as I can" weekend.
