I celebrated last time I broke out of the 190's into the 180's! And I'm happy to say it took 6 weeks to lose 12lbs and the celebration has taken on new meaning...I'm feeling great!
Eating low and medium glycemic foods is really helping my body out...I feel like I have the skinny tummy of a year's past.....even though it is not, but will be :)
My carbs are definitely high enough not to cause the kenotosis (spelling) of high protein/low carb diets.
I guess giving up potato chips and idaho baked potatoes is paying off. Enjoying foods like homemade corn muffins, uncle ben's converted rice (1/2 cup servings), baked red potatoes. So there is alternatives to the carbs that make your blood sugar go on a roller coaster ride, causing binging desires...
