here we go...again

I can't bend over and tie my shoes. I can't run up the stairs. Rolling over in bed is difficult. The weight has become a hindrance and so it must go...again.

    Yes, part of what motivated me finally to do this "health thing" in a serious way was the increasing nuisance of it all. While there were any number of other factors, being reminded each time I wanted to tie my shoes, fasten my seatbelt, walk any distance, all added up to "The time is now!"
