How can you hate yogurt with candy in it?

Friday, January 18, 2013

Decided to buy some of that Yo crunch yogurt the other day. it was on sale. I sat there and spent 10 minutes in the store deciding on which one I should try. The oreo? The M&M? Vanilla Yogurt, sounded good... Although I hate Yogurt. lol

but it has candy in it, I have to like it right?

got the M&M one, That one had the least amount of carbs, I forgot that one also had M&M's.. that would go into this yogurt and change the yogurt a nasty color, just like M&Ms in cookiedough.. but atleast in cookiedough, it's got the whole cookie dough thing going for it. all this had was the yogurt that I most likely didn't like going for it. ugh. I tried it today..

It smelled good. It looked like Soft serve vanilla ice cream. I put the M&Ms in it.. stirred them around.. sure enough the moment they touched the yogurt they turned it colors.. I tried to ignore it.

Here goes.. take a bite..

Lovely. It's yogurt.. with candy in it.. that somehow made it worse. At that time levi came over making his "food noise" (the noise he used to make when he wanted to nurse, but still does it whenver he wants a bite of what you have. lol kind of a lip smacking thing) anyway, fed him a bite, and he promptly spit out Blue colored yogurt, he looked at me like, "why?"

I felt like telling him sorry.

Man. That stuff is terrible. Now I have 3 more containers of it and I'm thinking of sticking it on CL to get rid of it. lol My mom offered to take it. She makes something with a Vanilla yogurt for her cats. She can have it.

I'll keep the M&Ms.

I don't eat yogurt with candy in it. I do like yogurt, by iyself, with granola... But i will be honest. I did yogurt with granola before they sold it as " yo crunch" The important thing to do is to try a variety of flavors and brands, because the are not all the same and you may eventually find one you like. But do keep a record of ones you do not like, tha way you now which ones not to buy again ;-)

I haven't tried that kind. I've only recently been able to tolerate the taste of yogurt. It's always tasted to me like whatever it's pretending to be has turned sour but over the last month or 2 I've started liking it. Maybe because I don't eat loads of packaged sugar every day anymore and my system is straightening up. I don't know why. But I probably won't try the kind with candy because it kind of defeats my purpose (i.e., not eating a lot of candy and processed sugars).
