I Changed My Mind

Hey all,
Today I saw that I need to change my mind. I must work very hard to do it. But it is the most necessary thing that you and I must do. We need to change our way of thinking about food. We must look at it as it is our medicine and we must take it as such. We cannot overdose on it - or we may develop worsened weight symptoms FAT. If we don't take in enough our bodies will start to hold on to our nutrients and our metabolism will slow down to hold onto the food we need and our weightloss will halt. It is a fine line but our minds have to see it and we must change our mindsets so that we take in just enough to live a balanced diet and weightloss will occur just the way we want.

    emoticon That insight is IT! Having your mind in the game is more important that your gym routine or diet. It is #1 in importance... if your mind is right, the diet and exercise will get done. emoticon
