I have still not seen much weight loss but I was reminded today when explaining things to a friend that I have to balance out my adrenal glands first. The Low Glycemic Index plan is supposed to lower my blood sugar and cause it to balance out some. I am encouraged that after 2 weeks that I am still going strong and wanting to do this. I have more reason to want to lose weight now. Doing it for myself and not for anyone else. I could care less what they think of me but I do care what I think. Staying within my limits for the most part. Cutting down on carbs a lot. Fat is on the higher range but within limits. Snacking is almost non-existing. Working on that. And when I do it is fat free or light stuff. Hope to see results soon.
