Day 447 - feeling the legs today

Wow, I can really tell I walked for an hour yesterday! It took until nearly noon before my legs quit yelling at me! And my buns!

Today I did my Slim in 6 Ramp it Up dvd (48 minutes) and then the video for today. I'm still not a fan of pilates but I struggled to do the exercises slow and in control. It'll take quite awhile before I get proficient at that, though.

My nutrition was more on target today. I found another brand of veggie pasta at Bakers today and made that for supper tonight. I'm thinking that I like the HyVee brand of veggie penne better but I'll give this another shot I believe.

One of the boys stayed home from school today with a sore throat, headache and slight fever. He seems to be doing a bit better tonight so I hope he's up for school tomorrow. Our daughter will be coming home from college for the weekend and should be here early morning (after PT gets over so probably by 8:30 or 9:00am). We should be able to grab a nice lunch before I have to get some sleep since I work this weekend.

    When you can feel the blood pulsing through a muscle, that means you got a good workout. I cannot wait until it is nicer outside so that i can get walking in the evenings and have that feeling. It is super nice today but I have to work my part-time job tonight.
