My BLC21 Goals

- Get to 200 or below (lose 16 pounds).
-Workout at least 20 minutes at least 5 days a week.
-Do the stork...no cheating.
-Get away from the scale and focus on finding one NSV a week. (how my body feels, how my clothes fit, my endurance, my strength, my mood, etc).
