Things have been pretty good lately. I have not had any blog posts in a while but I have been tracking my food and going to the gym. I have not really met any friends on this website, which is okay. I have asked a friend to be my accountability partner in this journey. I know that my problem is my food. I track it daily but usually go over by 200-500 calories. Usually this happens on the weekend. When i go to the gym, I stay on track, when I don't I fall off the wagon.
I have not gained any weight though, I have actually lost a little. BUT, I know that I am wasting my time unless I get my food in the range of 1300-1600 calories daily. I want to stay positive because my attitude is really going to take me through this. If I sit and cry about where I am and where I used to be, I will get no where. I am choosing to be positive! I have lost weight before and know I can do it again. I am choosing to look on the bright side!
