2 scrambled eggs with spinach and the last of the picadillo
4 oz unsweetened almond milk with almost full scoop of chocolate protein powder
three slices low sodium chicken cold cut
amys burrito and leftover greek salad
a vitamuffin brownie which tastes just like a vitamuffin top but with nuts on it
edit: also had maybe a half of a cup of blueberries
tooting my own horn a little bit here but I did a 50 second plank--i thought that was amazing for a chub.
