I went to dinner and ordered a bowl of chili (no beans) and it had about 1-2 oz of ground meat. Then I had 1.5 Italian meatballs (no bread) with just a teaspoon of red sauce. And 2 glasses of water.
After I entered my meal into the tracker I realized that I could have eaten one of the other. YIKES!
