Never have ham for the last two dinners before weigh-in day AND eat a bag of beef jerky the day before. I couldn't believe the scale; and altho I'd like to blame the whole 6 pound gain on water retention, I think I have to take the blame for some of it. I know I was NOT eating properly last week.
Wind has died down, temp has come up and tonight we walked. It's like back to square one. Knees and hips hurt, so just around our block. Within a week, if I keep at it, I should be able to work it back up to 5-6 blocks again. Poor old body!!
