...this afternoon at lunch time. All in all, I think I handeled it pretty well. Ate an extra slice of pizza that I probably shouldn't have had, but did well otherwise for the day. I did a 3 mile WATP video after the kids went to bed and I've had over 64 oz. of water so far today. All in all, I'm pleased with how I've done so far this week!
I've come to the realization that lack of planning and mindfulness is my downfall....EVERY single time. Yesterday, I ran out of time and left for work without my water, or any healthy snacks, or a lunch to eat. I also had NO idea what the plan was for dinner, which turned out to be a salad from Wendy's. I need to find time in my day to plan meals, pre-make healthy dinners (which then turn into leftovers for lunch), and keep extra food at work. I also need to start pre-filling my water bottles so that they are ready to go as soon as I wake up rather than waiting until morning to fill them and, like yesterday, running out of time to do so.
Anyone know where I can buy some extra time during the day? :)
