Is It Bad To Take 2 Days Off?

So yesterday was the first day since December 28 that I did not work out. No big deal: I was exhausted after a 10-hour workday and spent the evening reading with the kids and paying bills.

Tonight, I had originally planned to attend TKD class after the kids finished theirs (just like I did on Tuesday). Then my husband suggested that we get dinner together while the kids did their class. To be honest, this is the first time I've spent any one-on-one time with my husband in --well, a really long time. So I did it; I ditched my workout plan in favor of adding some extra strength to my marriage. Yes, worth it!

Now, I COULD be toning right now...and I think I will. After all, anyone can do 10 minutes of pilates while watching TV, right? Darn right. See you on the floor.
