Dinner Tonight :)

You are what you Eat. "One healthy meal won't make you skinny just like one bad meal won't make you fat." (hate that word..fat..blah!) So here is my dinner


Chicken breast stuffed with spinach & artichoke & some mozzarella with side of Quinoa & Brown rice.



This is sold at Costco. Would you like to buy it? Let me know i'll post the packaging later. Yummy! Hardly feels like a healthy meal. I have such a boost from todays meals. Enjoy your night ladies! Tomorrow is always another day. Don't beat yourself up.
