Today I saw my Lapband doctor. I had lost 8 lbs since i've seen him 2 weeks ago. I couldn't believe it. I have 3 different weigh in days and It's hard to keep track, sometimes. He asked me about my food intake. I told him a typical day of eating, and how much water and protein I get per day. I found out that I don't need the protein bars unless I'm going to be short on my count for the day, or in case of an emergency he wants me to keep a couple around. He really don't like the carbs that are in the bars either but doesn't want me to get below 60g of protein. He says he likes 70-80 but 60 is mandatory. He told me he was proud of me, and said if all his patients were like me, his job would be too easy.
Today I watched episode 1 of The BL this season. I was shocked about who went home at the weigh-in. And I thought this season was only about kids. I guess i didn't pay much attention to the commercials.
Ok here's my food for today
7am Breakfast 2 eggs 1 slice of pepper jack cheese
16 g protein
10 am snack 2oz colby jack with mustard
4 g protein
1pm Turkey Breast about 3.5 oz
25 g Protein
6pm Pizza toppings (cheese, sauce, Italian sausage)
It was good but not good to me, I feel kind of blah
8pm herbal tea
Water; got 70 oz today.
