not much going on today...
feeling very run down today. so i changed the workout a little bit.
i did an hour biking and 2.5 hours walking. i had planned on doing a half an hour more biking and less walking but i couldnt bike because my legs hurt.
that has to be the c25k.
did 30 leg exercises, 20 reps.
ending at 1310 calories, 25 grams carbs plus maybe 1-2 extra. i took 4 cashews.
back down to 152.2............
im going off low carb tomorrow. i know i went off low carb last saturday but i said that i was going to say yes to going out to eat and i did, and i also said that i am going off the 18th and i am.
i want fruit.
i want a bagel.
and a donut.
thats about it for the day.
i think the c25k is kicking my ass.
