I am getting to know myself, I have a 2-3 weeks motivation bust then I let go. This time, my boyfriend got me involved and pushed me to accept Spinning classes. And Zumba starts on Monday. With him by my side, it goes so much better and it keeps me accountable. We agreed on a 3 days schedule : Spinning class, Zumba and some videos at home like P90X or Nicole's vids.
I am starting with incorporating exercices through my regular week than I'll see to food.
I can do it !
