Tomorrow is the first weigh in for Biggest Loser at work. So tomorrow I will start tracking my food again, stay within my calorie range. I have small work out goals that I am hoping to achieve.
Tomorrow I am going to try a new recipe. One banana with two eggs. Mix together and pour onto a skillet with Pam. Banana pancakes that are gluten and dairy free. Low calories and high protein. Hoping this fills me up!!! I will let you know!
