Time to Start

The first day is always important. It will make or break the rest of this journey. I have read that keeping a journal of how you're feeling throughout the day is helpful, so I will try to blog everyday.
I'm just starting this journey. I already have so much to be proud of. Hubby and I quit smoking 2 months ago and I don't miss them at all. This journey is going to start with changing my eating habits. Once I get the okay from the doctor to exercise I will start that. I love to walk and I love my i-fit. It gives me something different everyday!
Oh, I always end my e-mails, etc. with one of my inspirational quotes. I struggle with self-esteem issues everyday. The word "Believe" can be found in just about every room in my house. It serves as a reminder to believe in myself. Thankfully, I don't need them as much today as I did 15-20 years ago but they are there for me when I do!
