Today is my day off and I've been very energetic today. I made chicken tacos in the crock pot (I love my crock pot!). I was able to accomplish quite a bit today (chores, shopping) and got my workout in tonight. For the first time in probably 9-10 months, I tried running. So I was only able to do it for like 2 minutes, but it's a start. I got some cardio in playing just dance and got on the treadmill and eliptical, I also did some strength training. Today is the first day I did strength so I know I will be sore tomorrow, but it will be worth it.
