Ten Day Review

I have completed 10 days to a healthier life! I weighed myself this morning after 10 days of better eating, some exercise, and drinking more water...and I'm down 3.5 pounds! YAY!!! I am extremely happy with my results. I know this first 10 days includes a lot of water weight, but I still feel better and am enjoying the progress. I know the next ten days will be not lead to such a high weight loss, but I'm ok with that. Slow and steady...I just want to continue my new healthy lifestyle. I'm not as concerned on how long if will take for me to reach my "ideal weight" as long as I get there eventually! Overall, good day!
