Ha I remembered my blood pressure medicine today!!! YEAH!!!!
Ok not that thrilling but am pleased that I remembered it.

Today I was off to a slow start, did manage to get gas in my van and go to the grocery store, loaded up on apples, strawberries, bananas, blueberries, potatoes, spinach, tomatoes, lettuce, still have some carrots. Fruits & veggies are abundant and colorful. Had to get some other staples, just hope I have enough milk to make it till next week. I did some baking tonight made banana chocolate chip cookies(my daughter calls them muffin tops) and some banana chocolate chip bread. Plans are to have some bread for breakfast before I head to my daughters eye appointment.

Did well on drinking my water, fairly well on my workout and just need to pay attention to what I'm eating, as I went over on my calories today.

Once when I had to take a certain medication on a daily basis but kept forgetting to do so at times, I went one morning to my cupboard to get out a tea bag for my gotta have it first thing .... morning tea. Well, there in my teabag box was my medication bottle. A good friend who had been visiting the day before, and who had heard me bemoan the fact that I was constantly forgetting to take the med, had placed it in there unbeknown to me.
Now, that was one brilliant idea, in my opinion. Only wish I had thought of it first.

Hope you can come up with a fool-proof way of never forgetting your medication again. Sometimes there's a simple solution out there.
Good luck!
