WTG on doing really good thus far! Remember to celebrate your small victories as well. Like passing up on a certain treat u would normally eat. Or even sitting there asking yourself do I need this? Because that alone is a step in the right direction.

emoticon Jason good vlog. So glad you had a good day. I perfectly understand about doing 10 minutes of Leslie's walking tape and being finished. I have been there. I can maybe do 15 minutes. You do know that you can do 10 minutes rest, then go back and do another 10 minutes later. All movement counts. It doesn't have to be all at the same time. But anyway glad you had a great day keep up the good work I am very proud of you and Tina. emoticon emoticon emoticon Pat

emoticon Day 4 is done...onto Day 5! Keep making changes each day and you will notice progress on the scale. Maybe not as quickly as one would like, but hang in there...it will happen! emoticon
