at times I find it very difficult to stay motivated to lose those final 10 pounds. It seems like I take one bite forward and two bites back!! No matter how much I count calories or watch what I eat, it's a battle just to lose one pound. My clothes fit so much better, I feel healthier and I'm not having any problems sticking to a rigorous exercise program (5 -6 days a week, 45 - 60 min of aerobics and 20 - 40 minutes of walking). BUT I want to lose that weight now because I know that maintaining will be much easier.
