I'm not in a hurry to get to that special number...my actual goal is to make permanent life style changes. Permanent changes take time and bad habits need to be broken and good habits to be learned.
Self control is key, not allowing things to control but the mind be strong in all things.
Stay active and increase activity as the body becomes stronger to keep improving health.
Always look for more activities that will be fun to keep things interesting.
Practice what is preached; be the example.
Continue seeking more ways for self improvement....knowledge is power.
The power is in us!
