Weekly Update Blog Week 2 of 52

Well I am writing this blog a little bit late but I've been super busy. Last week was great for me. I lost 4lbs. I've been doing great working out and eating right. I stayed on point every day last week and every day this week so far.

I'm only 8lbs away from my prebaby weight. Finally. But this last 8lbs can't come off fast enough. I'm ready to put the pregnancy weight gain behind me and just move forward with reaching my goal weight.

I feel my endurance is getting so much better now and I think I am ready to start running again. So Monday I started the couch to 5k training. I'm only on week 1 but it feels easy so far. And it puts me that much closer to my goal of running a 5k. I definately am going to run a full 5k before the end of this year. If I can do more than that, even better.

I'm also excited because I joined the BLC #17. It starts next Monday and I think it will motivate me even more. Some days it's super hard to get myself up and moving but I've been doing it and I will keep doing it!
