It still hurts, but not as much as yesterday. My supervisor showed me how to adjust another knob on my chair that gives me more lower back support. That seemed to help. My upper back isn't killing me like it was yesterday.
I have to figure out some better snacks to bring to work this week. I try to have a snack at every break, but I am starving by the end of the day.
I am going to try hard boiling some eggs and taking them with me to nibble on at my desk.
I am also going to attempt making a veggie spaghetti sauce I found online. This should have less sodium than the frozen dinners I have been eating.
Off to make my grocery list!
