Ditch Day

Well for every one that made a new year's resolution, according to my calender it is National Ditch New Year's Resolutions Day. So this will be my 5th and final blog... just kidding. I can't help but wonder if some people really do only try to reach their goals for 2.5 weeks and then fall back into their old routine.

Well for nutrition tacking I'm back on a 3 day streak, I forgot to track on Sunday after being on the road for eight hours (taking my brother back to college).

Befit in 90 is going well I think I'm going to try to do all 5 days in a row so that I don't fall off track. Getting the television in the living room is a nearly impossible task on the weekends and I don't want to fall behind. I'm going to do some light cardio with Leslie Sansone on the weekends using some 2 lb weights.

Today is the 2nd day of BLC 21 TNT Thursday I already did the first part, strength training, I'll do the cardio and stretching later tonight. Yesterday I drank 112 oz of water, mmm mmm Water Wednesday, I'm pretty proud of that ha ha.

Also I'm almost out of the 200s emoticon. I can't wait to be in onederland. emoticon
