Today was so stressful, I didn't get any of my workout goals done. I have to keep remembering tomorrow is a new day.
I have a doctor's appointment on February 20th, the doctor is not going to be happy. I gained 8 pound (since last time), so I have been trying to workout to lose some of it before I see the doctor in February.
Also, my cousin is getting married in August. I really want to wear a cute, fun dress. I hope I get to my goal weight (or close) before the wedding.
