Not Eating Enough

Okay, so I leave snowy Ontario for the sunny not so warmth south for the winter and get totally active. Some of you would say I am going to extremes but I am enjoying what I am doing. I have been walking about 3 miles every day and playing tennis 5 days a week. I am burning so many calories, I have to get my mind set to eating more. I was trying to eat approximately 1300 healthy calories a day but my trackers keep telling me to be eating between 1600 and 1900 a day. It is so hard to get that through me and yet I know I need to, to lose the weight. I have a fitbit and yesterday alone I burnt 2000 calories. I go for a weigh in tomorrow, but I really don't think I have come down a whole lot. I only want to lose 1 1/2 to 2 a week and I am hoping for that. I guess I will try for at least 1600 and see how I do.

    Hi there, I have not been on the computer for a few days, but, back now.. I, too have a hard time with seeing that eating more calories can aid in weight loss.. But, it's the healthy way to do it. Hope it is working for you! Sharon :)

    Hi Amyabell
I am in Florida. We have been to Mesa Az and loved it but this is a little closer drive from Ontario. I am not tall, I am 5 ft. 4in. But I think the plan has me eating so much because I am burning so much.

    Where are you for the Winter. I live in Arizona and it has been cold! It should start warming up though! The plan has you eating a lot of calories. You must be tall:) I feel like the plan has me eating more calories than I am use to also 12,000.

    It's hard to eat more when your not used to it. I hardly ever meet my requiremnt. I just can't at that much.
