BLC Week 1 goals

Nutrition Goal 1: drink tea in the morning instead of a soft drink
Nutrition Goal 2: Eat 5 servings of fruits/veggies a day
Exercise Goal: 20 minutes of exercise 5 days a week
Relaxation/Pamper/social goal: meditate 5 minutes a day this weekend
Relaxation/pamper/social goal 2: at least 15 minutes of true "me" time (such as reading, taking a bath, etc.)

Monthly club: streaker (goal of getting a minimum of 12 week streak of 20 minutes of exercise 5 days a week).

I wanted to keep the goals simple, striaght forward, and doable. I am still recovering from a nasty cold (so tired, coughing, etc.) and I'm already behind on school work as a result so I know I wouldn't be able to handle anything too ambitious.
