BLC Week 1 goals

Nutrition Goal 1: drink tea in the morning instead of a soft drink
Nutrition Goal 2: Eat 5 servings of fruits/veggies a day
Exercise Goal: 20 minutes of exercise 5 days a week
Relaxation/Pamper/social goal: meditate 5 minutes a day this weekend
Relaxation/pamper/social goal 2: at least 15 minutes of true "me" time (such as reading, taking a bath, etc.)

Monthly club: streaker (goal of getting a minimum of 12 week streak of 20 minutes of exercise 5 days a week).

I wanted to keep the goals simple, striaght forward, and doable. I am still recovering from a nasty cold (so tired, coughing, etc.) and I'm already behind on school work as a result so I know I wouldn't be able to handle anything too ambitious.

    On top of school, homework & study, housework AND fighting a nasty body drainer, I think your INCREDIBLE plan to 'do' 20 min 5X's a wk is very commendable, Zanna!! Take more bath & meditation time though. YOU TIME is extremely lacking. emoticon

    Great goals, measurable, doable, realistic. LOVE IT...

We are streaking together on the island!

I think you will take this on no problem. I'm glad that you're being sensible about your goals in reference to your illness and stressy school stuffs.... it's easy to get swept up in an idea and go way too hard too fast and then burn out (speaking of which, do you smell smoke? I might be on fire...)
