Letter to Future Self

Thursday, January 17, 2013

Dear Future Self,
How are you i'm good you have overcome alot you need to be proud of all you have accomplished. The most important thing to remember is that no matter what life throws at you that you can over come it and over come it we did. We got married have two children and you have lost fifty pounds like you wanted to but you didn't do that through pity parties. You did that with hard work and determination and motivation to make yourself healthy not skinny healthy. You now weigh 115 and you have all the engery you wanted and than some. Their were days you wanted to give up but you didn't you kept right on going. You got rid of the all the haters that were not helping. You know that your feelings matter to now not just everyone else's they matter but yours matter too. You cried sometimes when things didn't go well but soon realized that got you no were. So please be proud of all you have accomplished you deserve it. Your self esteem is through the roof now finally you believe in the true you. Heck you can look in a mirror at yourself without running away after two seconds because your proud of what you see.

Well that is all for now Future self i will update when you i reach the goals i have set for us. So here's to a great future.

Present day Julie
